Overview
Applymun serves as a platform for delegates to seamlessly register for Model United Nations (MUN) conferences. All payments made for Assistant Chair/Director (ACD) and Chair applications are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees are collected to facilitate internal processing, evaluation, and administrative support, and once submitted, they are final.
Conference Cancellation or Postponement
In the event that a MUN conference is cancelled or postponed by the organizing institution, Applymun will process a partial refund amounting to 75% of the total payment made. The remaining 25% will be retained to cover processing, handling, and platform-related expenses, and will not be refunded under any condition.
Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that refunds will not be issued due to:
- Change of mind
- Scheduling conflicts
- Any reason unrelated to the cancellation or rescheduling of the MUN itself
